Four years ago, Balance began working with Horizon Outsourcing as the business wanted to streamline its operations, deliver efficiencies and free up time to focus on client-facing services.

Horizon Outsourcing now offer a wide range of weekly, monthly and annual accountancy and payroll services for Balance’s clients.  Horizon’s team in Mumbai seamlessly process weekly trading profit and loss, management accounts, and year-end accounts.  Quarterly VAT returns, along with payroll RTI for HMRC, bank reconciliations and summary reporting are all completed to required deadlines.  Horizon Outsourcing also run payroll for Balance’s clients, handling both weekly and monthly runs, provisioning for new starters and leavers.  Where appropriate the team have direct access to client’s back office EPOS systems so that data may be pulled for reporting purposes.

Balance is now able to offer a far more proactive service to its clients.  As a result of streamlined processes and efficiencies delivered through the extended team in Mumbai, interpretation of reporting and real-time forecasting is now available to clients.  Weekly trading reports are available to clients far quicker, enabling them to investigate areas with greater efficiency and depth.  The cost of delivery has reduced significantly enabling Balance to grow its client base, develop long term relationships and keep ahead of competition.
